A responsible and diligent investor
LIFENTO’s team has a practical, innovative and transparent approach in implementing an ethical, responsible and committed real estate investment policy.
Since our creation, we have pursued an ethical and responsible real estate investment policy aimed at minimising the environmental impact of our assets and ensuring a positive societal contribution. We integrate social, environmental and governance issues into all our funds. This implies strong, concrete commitments in the management of our assets, without sacrificing performance.
Our ethical charter
Lifento places respect for values and awareness of daily responsibility at the heart of its commitments. Our Ethics Charter describes the values chosen by the Lifento team, which unite each employee around a common shared foundation: Benevolence, Commitment and Performance. These strong values are the daily commitment to our customers, partners, shareholders and employees.
We also owe it to the Care and Retirement sectors. And we believe that it starts with a commitment to ethics and integrity in all our activities. Every member of our team must act in accordance with the principles of this charter, which we have defined through our convictions and values, while respecting our obligations and rules.
This is how Lifento intends to commit itself to the issues that concern it: trust and dialogue with both investors and stakeholders, transparency and the delivery of a collectively responsible performance.
Since its creation, Lifento assigns a major role to extra-financial performance. Acting for a measurable positive impact is the challenge of today and tomorrow.
A tool to reinforce our impact : The S612 foundation
Lifento offers investors the opportunity to participate in a solidarity financing initiative by donating a part of allocated dividends to the S612 Foundation.
Placed under the supervision of the Fondation de France, the S612 Foundation, created by Lifento, aims to support, promote and accompany initiatives in favor of vulnerable people in the fields of childhood, health and education in France and abroad.
The foundation is financed by an innovative mechanism of shared units within the Lifento Care and Lifento Care PanEuropean funds, to which investors can choose to subscribe, as well as by a participation from the management company.
