Tenant satisfaction and loyalty are at the heart of a good property management approach.
With a Master's degree in Property & Asset Management from the Université Gustave Eiffel, Mohamed NAIT ALI joined LIFENTO in January 2021 as Property Manager. His studies have enabled him to learn about the different facets of this profession, from real estate appraisal to leasing law and technical building management.
Today, Mohamed is the first point of contact between the tenant and the asset manager. He is the one who knows the building best and establishes a relationship of trust, all the more important as the guarantee of an asset's performance relies on the combined contribution of all stakeholders: the service providers in charge of managing the building (Property Manager) and its operation (Facility Manager), as well as the tenants involved in its use.
